You can work up your own quote if you don't mind grabbing a calculator and following these few steps.

Though we'd like to make custom orders of any size, the set-up cost is often prohibitive on smaller quantities. We generally recommend a minimum quantity of 500 pieces, though that is not set in concrete. The cost of set-up for most custom runs ranges from $100 to $300. If your need can accommodate the cost, then we are delighted to quote you.

    Specify preferred alloy or grade:   (leave blank if no preference, 6061-T6 is our standard alloy)

   Outer Diameter (OD) (Up to 3/4" Standard tolerance ± .005)

Inner Diameter (ID) (.040" to 5/8" Standard tolerance ± .003)

Length or Thickness (3/32" to 1-1/2" Standard tolerance ± .005)

(500 pc minimum is generally needed for us to be competitive)

   What quantities would you like quoted?
